The ladies had an amazing place to stay in Cape Town but it’s clear that you can take the Lady out of Atlanta…but you can’t put the “Lady” in these women no matter where they are. Honestly, I think that if Marlo hadn’t been there, these women would have actually gotten along pretty well.
Let me say our obligatory apology to any foreign land where any Bravo Housewives happen to land. ”To the people of South Africa, we apologize on behalf of all Americans for the Atlanta Housewives.”
I love that they were forced to push their own luggage carts through the airport! It’s amazing how the luggage count would decrease substantially when you’re lugging it around yourself! Phaedra and Sheree are good sports and haul their luggage carts up the escalator but the rest decide the elevator is the only way to go and shove themselves in. Marlo’s luggage won’t fit so after trying to stuff it in for 10-minutes finally allows the luggage to 
travel on the next elevator.
Kandi was hysterical, “I promise you the elevator will come back down for you, that’s how they work. They go up they go down” I am loving Kandi on this trip!
Marlo is rude, loud and obnoxious as she tries to teach the other women etiquette. Note to Marlo, Prison Etiquette isn’t the same as International Traveling Etiquette. Marlo actually told the concierge that she wants the name of all of the housekeepers who have access to her room and to let her know immediately if one of them goes home sick early. Seriously? Luckily for Marlo I wasn’t the concierge, I would have shown her the door. No one questions my employees! Who does she think she is to imply the housekeepers are less than perfectly capable of cleaning up after the rude American without being tempted to steal her gaudy clothes and ridiculous shoes? Just because Marlo had a criminal background doesn’t mean the hotel staff does. That was extremely offensive! The other women seemed embarrassed and they should be!
With just one day in Cape Town they had a lot to get into one day. Sheree has a friend who has a home in Cape Town and invited her to a dinner party. It is perfectly understandable that Phaedra brought gifts for all of the ladies except Marlo, and I thought it was very classy that Phaedra offered to have one sent to Marlo by the time she gets back from the trip. Sheree’s situation is completely different, her friend Kevin invited the ladies to a dinner party but she included only Kandi and Phaedra for their one dinner in Cape Town? Her plan was apparently to leave NeNe and Cynthia behind, that doesn’t seem reasonable to me. This is a group trip and it should be all or none. That said, Marlo coming along uninvited and unannounced certainly could have been an issue but I’m sure one phone call could have fixed that.
After seeing Marlo’s behavior, I wouldn’t bring her to visit a homeless person at their trash can fire to get warm! This woman has no idea how to behave and no book on etiquette is going to fix that!
Marlo overtakes the conversations and talks so loud that no one can get a word in edgewise. Obviously NeNe can’t complain, she has to pretend that all is going according to plan and that she is still happy that Marlo is on this trip. There’s no way that any of these ladies are happy to have Marlo crash this trip. For a woman who talks about etiquette, she doesn’t know much about how to behave when she’s along for the ride and lucky to be there.
Marlo demanding her own bathroom, “I have to have my own bathroom, I hate sharing a bathroom” and then trying to jump in on the best bedroom. (nice catch Cynthia) Phaedra said it best, she’s lucky to have a place to lay her head tonight since she wasn’t even invited on this trip. (although we know she wouldn’t be there without Bravo’s blessing) 
The boat trip was interesting, they did seem to all bury the hatchet at least temporarily until they got back to the hotel. The air seemed to be cleared until Cynthia visits the “small’s” and Sheree kindly extended an olive branch to Cynthia by inviting her to the dinner party. That act of kindness backfired as soon as Cynthia ran right back to Marlo and NeNe to tell them that Sheree invited her to go to the dinner party, Cynthia was chomping at the bit to share that bit of news with the Tall’s and all hell broke loose.
“If I had known it would cause such trouble, I wouldn’t have said anything” Cynthia tells us. What. An. Idiot.
Sheree was wrong to even schedule this dinner party that didn’t include all the women. Clearly her friend didn’t limit her to two guests or she wouldn’t have invited Cynthia. Why not invite them all and let them decide if it’s “awkward” for them to attend? What. An. 
Idiot. (although I’m sure even a few hours away from Marlo would be heaven at this point)
Now it becomes one of those screaming matches where you can only hear every 5th word and poor Sheree who is usually plenty loud enough to be heard, could have been whispering for all we know as all you could hear was Marlo’s big mouth.
NeNe had the best line of the night, “Is this what I look like when I’m fighting? Because they look so stupid”. Ding ding ding! The light bulb goes off over NeNe’s head. I wonder if this will change NeNe forever? NeNe tried to make it stop, surprisingly she wasn’t able to shut Marlo down. Sheree was prepared to go the full 18 rounds … oh wait that’s golf, how many rounds in a boxing match? No matter, neither one of these women would back down.
Why one of these women just didn’t walk away is beyond me, the argument became about who had more money, who had less things repossessed, who was driving what kind of car, who had the longer police record and it was just idiotic. It’s too bad one of those Housekeepers that Marlo was so worried about didn’t come in and gag them both!
The previews look pretty good, I enjoy seeing the sights of South Africa, it looks like an amazingly beautiful country. Let’s hope we get to see more of the sights and less of these idiots fighting.

In this Big Ang-less episode, the drama continues between the Karen/Ramona camp and the Drita/Carla camp with Renee somewhere in the middle.
Drita’s friend Nicole comes over and helps Drita take the final step to sign her divorce papers and put them in the mail. Drita is bugging out about the finality of the divorce. She has not spoken to Lee since she confronted him about the affair. She says her divorce papers should say “You don’t deserve me.” She says when he gets the divorce papers he will feel the pain like she has felt.
Karen and Ramona meet for lunch and talk about Karen’s talk with Carla. Karen wants to know if Carla is being manipulated by Drita or is Carla calculating and needs to get her face bashed in? Karen is focusing on Drita because she’s starting trouble within the circle. Ramona calls Drita an outsider. Ramona has heard that Carla is calling her an “arch enemy” in TWO boroughs, Brooklyn AND Staten Island, and it HAS to be true because they’re crossing two bridges now. Huh? Karen is stirring the pot with Ramona about things Carla said during their talk. Ramona warns Carla to run, because it won’t be good.
Carla and Drita meet for coffee and talk about their kids and homework. Carla finally admits to Drita that she met with Karen. You can tell Carla is nervous about telling Drita that she met with Karen. Drita says she doesn’t give an eff if Carla and Karen made up, but she wants Carla to be careful. Drita will not be friends with Karen because she tried that route and it didn’t work. Drita wants Karen to come to her house, because whatever happens then would be self-defense.
Karen and her very lovely 12 year old daughter Karina are out for lunch and Karen tells her she will going back to school back in Arizona. She has spent the Summer with her mom. Karen wants to stay in Staten Island because it’s where it’s at for her financially. Karen’s father does not want Karina to be in Staten Island. Karina wants to be with her Mom. In her TH, Karen says she doesn’t think anyone understands how difficult it is for her to be away from Karina and she starts the waterworks. Here’s my opinion, Karen. Your daughter, at 12 years old, needs her mom, not her grandmother or grandfather, her mom. As a mom you do what you need to do to be with her. I’m not buying that Staten Island is the only place you can make it. It’s what you chose to do.
Carla and Renee meet for lunch. Renee wants to be back in the loop with all the girls. Carla tells Renee about her meeting with Karen. Renee is disappointed that their meeting was all about Drita instead of about Carla and Renee. Renee tells Carla that Drita got hurt worse than Renee at the fight at Renee’s party. Renee can’t believe Carla accepted Karen’s apology after she got in her face and told her she hopes Ramona gets the best of Carla. Carla tells Renee she would not trust Karen 100%. Renee says she is going to talk to Karen and Carla doesn’t want her to. Renee says she has no problem getting in the middle of the drama. At least she’s honest about it.
Karen, Ramona and Renee have dinner. Renee talks to Karen about the make-up dinner she had with Carla. Renee asks Karen why she went Drita nuts when the purpose was to make up with Carla. Karen says Carla provoked her to go Drita nuts when she started acting Johnny Cochran for Drita. Renee is not sure she believes Carla is going around calling Ramona her arch-enemy. Karen is getting irritated with Renee when she starts defending Carla. Ramona says she was not going to stand for Renee being Carla’s guard dog. Again, the conversation gets back to it’s all Drita’s fault. Ramona calls her the cancer of the group and says Carla’s elevator isn’t going to the top floor. Karen is laughing about it. Ramona calls Drita a nobody and a crumb snatcher. Ramona calls her a Flip-Flopping Floozie. Renee is relieved that she’s not the crazy one anymore.
Karen and Ramona meet for lunch and Karen decides to have a Spa party at Renee’s because her apartment is not that big. She wants to invite Carla and Ramona is good with that because she doesn’t think Carla is at fault and Drita has poisoned Carla’s mind against Karen and Ramona.
At Drita’s house, Cara arrives while Drita is packing up Lee’s things. Carla knows what 
Drita is going through. They go into the Lee room which was off limits to anyone but Lee. He has lots of sports memorabilia in that room. Drita would destroy it, but it’s valuable. She tries on a large jacket of Lee’s that she wore when she was pregnant and 205 pounds. She finds a letter in the pocket of the jacket from Lee in jail. Drita gets emotional and tells Carla she just wants an apology and for him to admit he’s wrong so that they can at least be friends like Carla and Joe.
At Renee’s house, Renee tells Karen all this talk back and forth is so unimportant and the girls are making Renee’s depression much worse. Karen thinks it’s petty but she still doesn’t want to be friends with Drita. Karen is going to invite Carla to the spa party. Renee says her house is the core of conflict. Renee thinks the spa party would be really nice if all the girls got along, but it’s not gonna happen.
Renee and AJ talk about Renee’s dad who just got out of prison after 11 years. AJ has visited with his grandparents because his grandfather can get weekend passes from the half-way house. Renee misses him a lot and AJ wants her to go visit her father. Renee and her father do not speak because of things that have happened in the past, her decisions and her friends. She would like to go see him but she’s afraid he would turn her away.
Karen calls Carla and invites her to the spa party. Carla is a little reluctant and says she will come if there are no mud fights or drama. She later meets with Drita to tell her about it. Drita warns Carla about what happened to her when she went to Renee’s party. Her advice to Carla is to not try to talk to Karen one on one because Karen and Ramona don’t 
roll that way. At the end of their conversation Carla doesn’t know if she’s going to go. Yeah right. She’s going.
Later, Renee, Carla and Drita meet up for dinner. Renee tells Drita that Karen and Ramona had nothing nice to say about her. She’s not Italian and she’s not part of that lifestyle. Drita takes that as a compliment because she doesn’t want to be like Ramona. Renee tells them she feels like she’s betraying everyone by being in the middle. It’s affecting her and she would do anything to mediate and make it better. Drita says she tried to make it better and she doesn’t want to anymore. Carla asks about the spa party. Renee tells Drita she is welcome in her home and Drita thanks her.
Renee tells Carla that Ramona and Karen think Drita influences Carla and molds her mind. Drita says Ramona is Karen’s pet and calls her DJ Flap Alot. Renee can’t get over the names these women have for each other. Renee says she heard that Drita told Renee’s sister-in-law that Ramona said that Junior married Renee for her father and that he’s a loser without Renee. Renee says 100%. Drita says Ramona has said worse things than that and she feels bad for Renee. Renee is seeing red and says that’s the father of her son and he is not a loser. Drita says she would never have told Renee about it if she hadn’t asked her. Renee was expecting Drita to deny it. Renee wants to know if Drita would have a problem saying that to Ramona’s face. Drita says she wouldn’t have a problem saying it to her face, but it’s going to be a big problem. Renee says she will take a beating about it and she doesn’t give an eff. Trouble looming ahead for sure.
Can I just say I wish I had Carla’s hair? It’s very shiny and beautiful.
Renee and Drita are on the Sit Down with host Kari Keagan. Keri tells them not to be 
nervous. The first segment is called WTF and they show scenes of Ramona talking about Drita. Drita says Ramona is very unintelligent and she needs Karen to translate because she’s hard to understand. She calls Karen and Ramona punks. Drita says Ramona’s own mom married into the lifestyle, so is she a nobody? Renee will not take sides on this.
A caller asks Drita if she thinks she could have made up with Karen without Ramona being around. Drita doesn’t know but says it would have definitely been better without Ramona.
Drita doesn’t have a problem with Carla making up with Karen and hopes Karen’s intentions are good.
Big Ang makes an appearance while a hip hop song about her called the Trampolina is playing. She’s wearing a bright green fur. She says people come to her bar and just stare at her. Big Ang was in Puerto Rico while this episode was filmed and she thinks this all has to end, enough is enough and everyone has to become friends. She gambled and won big in Puerto Rico.
Keri asks the ladies why they like the wise guys. Drita says they have a certain confidence and have a swagger. Drita says she could date a 9 to 5 guy. Then she says she probably wouldn’t. She would like a man that is not going to go to jail. Renee would date an accountant.
They play a game called guilty or not guilty about Big Ang. It’s a fun game.
Big Ang wears a double F bra. She never puts out on the first date. She doesn’t snore. Renee wins the game.
Where do Renee’s loyalties really lie? Team Drita or Team Karen?
Renee says as long as she’s loyal to herself she’s loyal to others. Keri asks her if she ever confronted Ramona about what she said about Junior. Renee says she have to will stay tuned. Big Ang says she might try one more time to bring Drita and Karen together.
Who swore the most in tonight’s episode? Who got the most bleeps? They all think Renee was the winner. Drita had 22 so she’s the winner. Drita says she curses a lot when she’s upset and angry and she’s upset and angry a lot on the show.

Well I don’t like repeating what everyone else has already said but in this case I have to. . .
Great job on Brandi’s interview, Lynn!
Now back to our girls. I, too, was shocked when that light bulb went off in Nene’s head. I liked Khandi pointing out how Nene was trying to be the voice of reason. On this episode I was struck by some similarities to the New York Housewives. Marlo was like the NoCount, using manners as a weapon and not practicing what she preached. She was also like Sonja on the trip to Morocco, no trusting of staff.
For me the biggest laugh of the night was Sheree suggesting that she, Phaedra, and Nene share a room. Even Nene got a laugh at that.
Kandi has me ROLLING on the floor! Especially when she said “Now I don’t know good manners but I know your not supposed to say that!”
I am thinking, like Sonja, maybe Marlo has traveled a great deal out of the country. Because Marlo is so garish and label happy, she might be an easy mark for criminals praying on rich travelers. She may have had things stolen in the past… Sonja had.
Also, everyone on the trip, by now, knows Marlo has a criminal record. They also know what she did. 6 months is a really short sentence for maiming someone, for life, with purposeful intent, in a bar conflicted. I’m guessing that because it was black on black crime, the court was more lenient. Sheree has every right to keep her party date and not subject her friend to a clear security risk.
Marlo is a dangerous women and she even joked about her records saying, ” Some of these ladies need to goggle my name.” So much for being rehabilitated. Please keep in mind that just because Bravo and Andy may not care about the safety of cast members, does not mean that Kandi, Sheree and Phaedra needed to bring a confirmed violent ex convict to Sheree’s friend’s party. That would be asking for the kind of trouble that only Bravo truly loves. IMO.
Marlo’s crazy! I’m looking forward to the inevitable Marlo v. Nene. You know that’s going to happen! And, it’s going to be epic.

Shere is becoming my least favorite housewife. I am a Lenethia Leeks fan and was not so pleased when she tried to say Nene tried to take money from her. BUT I tried to give her the benefit of doubt. HOWEVER then she tried to scam Mrs. Phadra Parks out of some cash and Phadra had to send her staff out all over town to find Shere to get her check! Now the party that no one is invited to on a girls trip. That’s just NASTY. I’m going to stop giving Shere a chance now. She’s totally ruined her credibility.
OH and note to self, don’t get into shouting matches with women who have a police record for assault! DUHHHH!!!!

Sorry, I disagree. She/they are not friends with NeNe, why would they have to act like it on a trip? I see no problem at all with breaking out into a smaller group of people who really are friends, for dinner. I think the idea that they all have to spend every second together is ridiculous, it is designed to provoke the anger between them, just for filming and ratings – and refusing to do that is sticking it to Bravo. I say more power to Sheree on this one. (Although… then she went and gave them what they wanted with her throw down with Marlo…)
Agreed. Sheree can invite or not invite anyone she wants to her friends soiree. Her mistake, I feel, was inviting ass-kissing Cynthia along for the ride. She should’ve remained strong in her conviction that inviting Nene & crew et al, would be disastrous. Even if Cynthia chose to go, then Marlo should’ve stayed with Nene as she was Nene’s plus 1. Marlo is gutter trash with a fat wallet. Sheree should’ve said “I’d rather eat PBJ and ride the bus than screw an 80yr old for ANYTHING!!” There isn’t that much desperation in the world baby… IN THE WORLD!
I agree it was a mistake (to invite Cynthia) but I am sympathetic with the motivations behind it – that is, if they are what they seem to be, an attempt to extend an olive branch and let Sheree know she was not trying to insult Cynthia. Unfortunately that ended up meaning she said she didn’t care about insulting the others.
Some here say her motive in inviting Cynthia was to start trouble. No one can know this but Sheree. But if this is true, then I am not really sympathetic with the motive – but as a viewer I am sort of grateful! That fight was funny (even if pathetic, too).
oops, bad writing – “let Sheree know she was not trying to insult Cynthia” should be “let Cynthia know Sheree was not trying to insult her (Cynthia)”.
It’s very hard to accept a invitation with a pre fix like “so if your not Nene’s Lap dog anymore.” Just disgusting in my opinion.
Amber & Tanuki I get where you’re coming from but if it were me I would’ve asked my friend if all the ladies can come & then when Marlo showed up uninvited I would’ve called my friend to ask if there was room for one more. Sometimes you have to be the bigger person, suck it up & see what happens. If they’re either ungrateful or show their asses then you don’t extend future invites.
I would have too but I don’t blame Sheree if that’s not what she wanted to do. It’s not *much* different than LouAnn and company getting upset that Ramona and Sonja went out on their own in Morocco. If it was good enough for Ramona and Sonja then it’s good enough for Sheree IMO.
Let me just add that Jill was nice enough (gag) to ask all the ladies to Brad’s house. But her motive was to set up Ramona with the fake psychic… so that’s even worse then not inviting her at all.
Tanuki, Marlo was the aggressive, in this instance. I think she likes to take over and this group had had enough. The manners tutorial, alone must have sent most of these women to wonder what planet they were on. Bravo and Marlo were happy to create this casino and the other cast members had simply had enough of a already tense vacation. And yes, they have only just begun.
Marlo is a street thug just waiting to snap, and snap she did. Anyone can be a socialite in pretend ATL, as Charles Grant would say (who never asked Marlo to marry him, BTW). But IMO, Sheree should not have left out certain people to the dinner party: all or none, whether she liked it or not. That was the polite (albeit unbearable) thing to do. Sure, you can argue that she can invite whomever she wants and that’s true, but how would you feel if you were left out? Being polite isn’t always about what’s logical.
Love, love, love that interview with Brandi – many thanks Lynn for always going for the gold and we get to share the experience! I like that girl more and more, and I think she will bring some fresh air into the reunion when the 3 witches, kyle, lips mcgee (mel-the-hound coined that) and Ad attack Lisa. I cannot believe those 3 got together to plan their strategy – what a bunch of losers. Based on what so-called sins of Lisa. Ad claims Lisa sold stories to her friend; I say BS – probably Cedric Cesspool, and definitely Lips. Ad really has some issues about herself being the top dog. Last year she came across as calm and collected,and this year she is petulant and nasty. She can dine out on Maloof Hoof – LOL!
What stories? That Taylor’s marriage was falling apart? Taylor has been telling that story from the first episode. That Kim Richards has a substance abuse problem? Her own sister screamed it in the limo on the S1 finale. Not exactly breaking news, lol. That the Maloofs were having financial problems? We’re in a recession for crying out loud! Most business people are having financial difficulties.
If Lisa got money for any of these already known items then good for her. She played the players. But I doubt that anyone sold these stories.

I doubt they could have cared less if Lisa said anything about Kim, especially Kyle. They would have just been mad she got there before them. But like you said, not exactly breaking news to begin with. And all Taylor talked about last year was how bad her marriage was… ooohhhh Lisa really would have spilled the beans IF she sold those stories, which I doubt she even did.
I can believe 100% that they got together to discuss strategy and tried to implement it. Lisa wrote in her bravo blog early on that she was learning to keep an eye on Kyle and not believe everything she’s told (about Brandi and game night). Of course Adrienne “I can’t take a joke” Maloof is probably still PO’d about Pandora’s bachelorette party and a few other things. She got her air time for her hotel/casino though, Didn’t she? Then we have the murdering witch Lips McGee who is stuck in her own delusional reality. Let’s not forget that she is the friend of ‘that extra in the background’ and by reunion time, Lisa has befriended Brandi.
Every attempt they’ve made to give Lisa a black eye this season has completely failed and in most cases, Backfired. So they have to have another go at her. I’ve gone back and fourth with Kyle all season. One week I can’t stand her and the next, she’s sort of redeemed herself in my eyes. This reunion however may push me firmly into the can’t stand her camp, for good. I’ll have to wait and see.
Mel- I ams the same way about Kyle. I really don’t want to believe that she would be that awful about Lisa. I know, she should of filled her in on certain things, but thus far I have been able to see why she may not have. I mean they are painting Lisa like she is low down like Jillzilla and I just can’t see Lisa planting stories to elevate her popularity. It wouldn’t seem prudent for Kyle to go after Lisa with Mauricio’s being the ultimate victim. I don’t know, it always seemed there may be a little jealousy, but for the most part Lisa and Kyle’s friendhip was sincere. I hate when I think I was played, even though I know I am very naive.

How about every time someone takes a jab at Lisa? It seems Lisa is the targeted one this season/reunion. The ring leaders aapear to be Kyle and Adrienne – I wonder if they remember how it made Jilz and Luanne look when they went after Bethenny for seemingly no legitamite reason. Not to mention that it really made a fan favorite of Bethenny. No one likes to see someone being attacked unfairly and outnumbered.
You would think they would have figured that out by now. I even felt sorry for Teresa after she got ganged up on at her reunion.
I think sometimes their PR teams are so busy trying to “win” they don’t see the bigger picture of how they’ll come across. Like Dana trying to start things up with Brandi just for the attention. Although at least in her case she is actually desperate because without doing something she’s off the show.

I couldn’t agree more. The saddest thing is that I really overlooked a lot of the unflattering things about Kyle and didn’t feel the negativity others did. I thought her and Lisa had a really nice friendship (I think Lisa thought so too).
I am loving the Lisa/Brandy frienship and hope to see that next season. They really are fun to watch and so refreshing compared to the others – especially Taylor. Oy.

I can take Sheree in bits and pieces…I think she tried to pull the wool over her ex’s head about the money/child support and she has done some derisive things with regard to same. Sheree has so many opportunties to make money being on the HW and has not stuck to anything. However I give her points for tangling with Marlo, the

I was ready to throw something at my tv when she kept bringing up her little etiquette lessons…if she is in such high society than she should already know those things – LOL. The housekeeper comments were horrendous. Thank you Lynn for apologizing to South Africa on behalf of our country as I am sure there are quite a few more embarrassments to come. I felt for Phaedra as she was being judged about the trip and the hotel. Did they really think this was going to be booked at the Red Roof Inn? I would have liked to have heard a bit more about culture, as opposed to clothing, houses, sleeping with 80 year old men. I would say a woman that does not work and goes from man to man

The hardest part is getting used to no beginning (lighting) and no finish to the cig. That was a hurdle that took some time to get over. I found that this was almost as much a part of the smoking habit as actually puffing on it.
I quit by smoking regular cigs from my last pack only when I REALLY needed them- one in the morning, one after meals, one before bed, and filled in the rest of the time with the ecigs. Then when my pack was gone, I never bought another.
I haven’t tried the liquid. There’s filling it properly with the right amount and cleaning, etc that have kept me from trying. I’ve thought about it, because it’s a lot cheaper, but so far I haven’t taken that step.

I quit 2 years ago today! I used the e-cig and after a couple of days I was used to it. I had used it up till the summer and realized I didn’t think about bringing the cig with me anymore. Now it is just collecting dust. I had the one that looked like a cigarette and had the liquid drops, it worked for me.
Congratulations on your 2 year anniversary! I wish I could remember exact day I quit. I remember it was in the Summer of 1996 and it was a Tuesday, but that’s all. I should have made a note of it. Cold Turkey.

MW are getting very repetitive just like other shows(ahem HW). Love the Brandi interview. I don’t think Kyle and Taylor are going to know what hit them after tonight. I’m betting on the viewers coming out with a vengeance. Funny how isolated they seem to have made themselves. If they had been paying attention, they would have known no one likes the way they were treating Lisa.

RHOA- Let’s see if I can do this without offending someone. Is Marlo a Dude? For some reason, that’s all I could think of while watching her (I know she’s not really). I don’t watch many episodes of the franchise so I don’t know how it is she wound up on a trip like that uninvited. The two shit stirrers of the party night did a good job, Cynthia and Sheree. Sheree purposely left Nene off of the list and invited Cynthia post time to stir shit with NeNe. Sheree knew exactly what Cynthia would do and they were all off to the races. The only ‘good’ part of it I saw was Nene asking if that’s how stupid She looks in these arguments. Yes, it is. I have a hard time believing that Cynthia is actually stupid enough to believe Telling Nene wasn’t going to cause trouble. Should have said no and kept her mouth shut about the invite. Looks like it continues next week. Maybe I’ll watch, maybe I won’t.

I think Cynthia actually is *that* stupid. The look on her face when Marlo jumped up to avenge the insult, completely said, “oh, sh1t I did NOT see this coming.”

As for beign 205, a lot of women balloon during pregnancy. I was lucky and only gained 20 total, but my SIL went from a healthy 150 to 210 the day she delivered, and that’s pretty common I’m finding with my friends who have had kids and are pregnant. The joys of womanhood!
I didn’t say it couldn’t or doesn’t happen, I just meant I can’t imagine her at that weight. My sister was easily 200+ when she delivered her first, from about 130. All those 1 pound bags of M&Ms and ice cream cones have that affect on someone. My nephew’s ex easily gained 100 pounds with their first. I think she went from a size A to a EE if you know what I mean (and has never lost it). I know that each has it different, I just couldn’t picture Drita at that size.

A lot of women use it as an excuse to shove whatever in their mouth and stop working out. I felt kind of jipped, honestly. I craved salads and fruits my entire pregnancy, and I was able to keep excercising.
That was definitely the case with my sister and her (then) future ex-daughter in law. Both ballooned in the first trimester when typically, nothing would show very much.
I became Toxemic with my daughter and turned into a TWO TON TILLY! No ice cream and M&M’s here. But little work to get it off! Till this year that is!!!

Over the past week, numerous articles have emerged in the national media that Bravo and cast members of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” worry they will be dragged into the $1.5 million breach of contract lawsuit brought by MyMedicalRecords.com, Inc. against Russell and Taylor Armstrong. According to Bob Lorsch, CEO of MyMedicalRecords.com, Inc., MyMedicalRecords.com has had nothing to do with any such rumors. It simply intends to continue litigating its claims against the Armstrongs in the case.
However, tomorrow, MyMedicalRecords.com, Inc. plans on filing a Right to Attach Order against Taylor Armstrong in an effort to reserve her assets for collection of an eventual judgment. While media reports have claimed Russell Armstrong, who committed suicide last summer, left Taylor broke, MyMedicalRecords.com, Inc. believes the opposite is true and is therefore bringing the order. MyMedicalRecords.com filed suit against both Russell Armstrong and Taylor Armstrong on July 29, 2011 seeking damages of $1.5 million on claims the couple breached a previous Settlement Agreement. In 2007, two years before MyMedicalRecords.com, Inc. went public, it was discovered that the Armstrongs had misappropriated investor money and diverted shares of the Company’s stock. Russell Armstrong, the largest shareholder at the time, was immediately removed from the board of directors and settled by giving up 100% of his equity position and payment of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Under the terms of the Settlement Agreement, signed by both Russell and his wife Taylor, the Armstrongs were required to identify everyone to whom they had sold shares of privately held MyMedicalRecords.com. The court has scheduled a Debtor’s Exam whereby Taylor will have to answer under oath about where the asset are. RT just posted that The Taylor Family Trust has an OFF SHORE bank account in Cook Islands where it is believed millions of dollars were transfer. If the transfers were done then that ois a federal offense.
So by asking for disclosure on the Armstong assets does that mean MMR can amend their case for a larger settlement?
wcw…. as I understand this..MMR is asking for ENFORCEMENT of the original agreement. This is a breach of contract law suit to enforce the terms previously agreed to by both parties.
A Settlement Agreement was already reached between MMR.com and Russell and Taylor. Russell and Taylor breached that agreement and did not disclose the person s whom they sold shares of MMR.com to. Finding out who they sold to and how much will enable MMR.com to pick up the “money trail” and find out where all the cash went. If the case has not been dismissed and MMR.com and Russell and Taylor have stipulated to judgment and Taylor does not disclose the investors as promised then they can stipulate to judgment and collect. You would have to have access to the court docket to know where it stands right now. If a a continuance on the inactive calendar has been filed then the case is still considered “open”. This is based on AZ law. CA may be different.
If she signed it, she’s liable. HAHA! And so may end the ruse.

I am sure Lisa invited them all before the reunion not knowing she was the “lamb to be slaughtered”. This is going to backfire on Kyle, Taylor and Adrienne. Mean girls suck.
Love the Atlanta and Mob Wives recaps. I don’t usually watch RHOA–it just doesn’t interest me 90% of the time–but the recap made me laugh. In fact, I’m still laughing at Brandi’s tweet re: Kim’s wig during bathtub sex. Priceless.

I can’t believe the timing of the show that aired last night and the real life events. Here’s Renee all happy to know that A.J. gets to see his grandfather again. Now this. If Renee’s husband did squeal, then he probably has to go into witness protection. AZ Girl…are you ready for him in Arizona? On top of it, at the “sit down,” Renee stresses that the most important thing is loyalty. A hug for Renee. She lost her dad, her husband, and she has to save her son from all this. I’d be in the hospital for mental exhaustion as well. Move over, Demi.
Ugh, I so agree. I feel SO darn bad for her. While she was all tra-la-la in love with Junior taking walks around lakes, he was taping phone calls with her Dad. WTF. I’m not surprised about the hospital thing, as soon as I heard I was like “Renee is probably losing her mind right now.”
That kind of betrayal is terrible. I feel bad for AJ too, you can tell that all of this is really getting to him now.

Instead I watched really well done TV , Good Wife and then stayed up really late and finished the first Season of Downton Abbey. I love Mr. Gates! My daughter slept for 17 hours straight! Friday she had coughed for 12 hours straight and was exhausted. She’s feeling pretty good today

WC takes a tremendous amount of time to recover from. So they are treating the symptoms since there is no “cure”. As far as the bleeding, we have a referral to a gastroenterologist. I can call tomorrow to get an appt. Hopefully nothing too serious. They checked her blood to make sure she hadn’t lost too much.
Pindy, I’m sorry to hear about all of this. I was pretty much out of the loop this weekend and hadn’t been following what’s been going on there. Sure sucks that you and your little one are going through all that. Love is being sent your way.

Being that “Taylor’s” defense is that she signed paperwork under duress due to abuse, doesn’t that mean Kyle is continuing to open herself up as a possible defense “witness”, and as such could be subject to a cross-examination grilling by the plaintiffs?

Bravo just showed the part where Kyle was all grabbing, holding, rubbing Taylor and they called Lisa jealous. Kyle makes a “joke” in reply to Andy regarding them, and Andy later calls the two of them doing that hot. I want to preface this with there is nothing wrong with being an active swimmer in the lady pond IMO. Taylor was outted by Fernanda and her “friend” from Florida. After hearing Kyle’s view on cheating in her book, it really wouldn’t surprise me if Kyle and Taylor had a sexual relationship. That would aid in explaining Kyle’s jealousy over Lisa this season as well. I dunno that scene put it into perspective for me.
Speaking of Kyle “the defense witness”, since Kyle castes the show and is rumored to own part of the franchise, couldn’t it be argued that she has a vested interest in protecting/defending Taylor due to those elements? I can’t see Kyle as a credible witness.
Castes should be casts assuming the rumor is true they are currently casting.
No, Kyle would NOT be a credible witness and the plaintiff’s attorneys would most likely make mincemeat out of her. Judging from what we’ve seen of MMR, they’re out for blood and are lawyered-up, and Kyle had better be careful about what she’s saying on her book-pitching TV tour.
Lynn, Loved the interview with Brandi! I felt bad for her when all the stuff with her ex was going on. But I wasn’t sure if I would like her on the show. Turns out after this season I am a fan of hers. She and Lisa are so funny together. The fact that some of them had to get together and plan what they were going to do to Lisa at the reunion is just so stupid. They haven’t learned jack from seeing what happens to those involved from other reunions. I would say get rid of Adrienne but I like Paul. Don’t bring back Taylor or Kim. Kim is just too new in her recovery. Taylor, well, can’t stand her. Never have liked a liar!
Atlanta was just horrible. Get Marlo off the show. Kandi had some funny talking head comments. Cynthia should of known that telling Nene and Marlo was going to cause drama. But I don’t think anyone has said that Cynthia is the brightest person. It does make me wonder how these women stick together during contract negotiations or if that is just merely speculation. They certainly can’t seem to agree on much else. Talls vs. Smalls. Seriously? What are you in kindergarten? And Nene just because someone isn’t 5′ 9″ doesn’t mean they are “midgets” (her word not mine). I’m 5 foot nothin’ and I do just fine thankyouverymuch! Can you tell she gets on my nerves?

I’m not a great watcher of the ATL show. I woke up on the couch last night however while the ep was on, to a bunch of women on a staircase screaming like banshees.
From my limited viewing on and off, I’d say Cynthia is my least favorite of the bunch. At first I thought she was pretty and not too smart. Now I think she’s pretty, not too smart, shallow, spoiled and mean.
I don’t really care if her husband is a narcissistic asshat. Perhaps she deserves him.

Did you all watch the reunion from last season? See how Taylor had “no voice” as she yelling and acting like an ass. Camille remained clasy throughout the whole thing. She was awkward but she was going through HELL. She has yet to complain about all she is /was going through. Kyle was one of my favorites last year but after re watching the reunion and this season… She is a mean girl and she is in High school.

We are not the average Bravo HW viewer – we look for more information, we want the blanks filled in and we pick up on body language, etc. Today, I was at my favorite hair salon and we got to chatting about Tabitha (naturally) and RHBH. An example, the stylists were not aware that Kim had gone into rehab before the finale aired or that she was going to be filmed seperately for the reunion! They were asking questions and changing their opinions left and right….
Its so true. Whenever I speak to my aunts, they always base their opinions on the housewives by strictly what they see on TV. They don’t care about what happens outside of the screen and don’t realize who is truly a snake.
You are correct. I was discussing the BH housewives with my nephew’s wife who says she watches the show. However, when I started asking her what she thought about this and that, she gave me a quizzical look like she had never even given anything a second thought and pretty much took everything at face value. That’s what most people do who watch these shows. It’s just surface entertainment to them. To me, it’s more deep than that. It’s like a study of human nature and trying to figure out why these women turned out to be the way they are. It’s my hobby so to speak.

This observation is so true, and I was one of those surface viewers until I saw the light. I was watching one of the OC reunions, when Andy started asking questions and referring to some texts between Tamara and a guy who claimed to be Gretchen’s old boyfriend. As they discussed the matter, I realized I was missing something. After that I started reading about the HWs on the internet. And the rest is history.

Hi BB – I didn’t find Lynn’s blog right after my ah ha moment. I spent time on reality tea and also on the Bravo message boards. I found Lynn’s blog right when Jill announced Bethenny had a baby boy on the wrong day. I was so outraged, I must have either followed a link to Lynn, or just googled those infamous IHJZ words. And I’m glad I did.
Don’t know if y’all saw this. It’s from Buddy TV and they have quotes from Kandi since they say she can relate to Taylor’s ending a relationship and then that person dies shortly after.

I’m watching RHOA while waiting for BH reunion to start. What a bunch of annoying, pretentious women with only Kandi being exempt. Phaedra is a normally a favorite but even she was a little much. It was also a little rude to give the sweet gifts in front of Marlo. I think I would have waited until a moment when Marlo wasn’t with them.

Whew! I got home just in time for the reunion! Hmmm, on second thought, I am not so sure I should be so excited. These reunions are really tough to watch sometimes!
Trudie… glad you got your e-cig and you like it enough to believe it will work for you. I think I mentioned before that using the liquid is much less expensive. I also think the e-cig with the tank is much better than the cartridges because it’s lasts a lot longer and you don’t get the dwindling down drags like you do on the cartridges. It produces a lot of vapor constantly and consistently. But if you are staying with the cartridges, I used them in the beginning and didn’t have a problem at all using the liquid. Using the cartridges only would have sent me to the poor house. It would have been more expensive than smoking. You just have to add a few drips in the cartridges you are using. Also the one I had you could buy the cartridges without the liquid, but I used the same ones again and again. Good luck. I really hope it works as good for you as it did me.
Also, I buy my liquid from a company in China. If you don’t mind buying from China, it’s very inexpensive. I got a large bottle, tried a small one first just to make sure I like the taste, and it cost about $30.00 with priority shipping (had it in a matter of days) and has lasted me five months already and I still have 1/4 of a bottle left.
